⏳ Stop Waiting for the Perfect Time 19 years of coaching has taught me this one painful truth

I’ve coached thousands of mums, dads, and grandparents over the past 19 years.And do you know what the no.1 thing that holds people back is?

It’s not age. It’s not ability. It’s not even motivation.

It’s the lie we all tell ourselves 👉 I’ll start when life slows down. 👉 I’ll start when the kids are older. 👉 I’ll start when work isn’t so crazy.

But life never slows down.And waiting for the perfect time has stolen more energy, confidence, and happiness from people than anything else I’ve seen.


I see people who know they’re stuck in habits that don’t serve them but they let those habits run the show.

I see people waking up tired every morning, knowing they’re not proud of the person in the mirror.

I see parents who want more energy, passion, and fire — but they keep handbraking themselves, putting everything else first.

And I get it. Because I’ve done it too.


At the heart of it, we all want the same things,

👉 To feel strong and fit in our bodies

👉 To have energy and passion for life again

👉 To have a healthy, sharp, resilient mind

👉 To live with confidence, not guilt

👉 To be proud of who we are and the example we set

But here’s the reality, you won’t get there by waiting. You won’t get there by putting yourself last and you won’t get there by hoping life suddenly makes room for you.


I’ve seen it over and over again. Change doesn’t come from a 6-week shred or a perfect diet.

It comes from starting small ➡ 2 minutes of journaling or reflection in the morning, just get your mind right ➡ A short walk after dinner ➡ Drinking water before your coffee ➡ Choosing a high-protein snack instead of junk

Simple, repeatable actions that anyone can do and when stacked together, they completely transform your energy, your confidence, and your life.


After 19 years, I know one thing for sure, people don’t need more information.They need support.They need someone in their corner who keeps them accountable, who keeps it simple, and who teaches them how to build habits that last forever.

That’s what I do. It's not about punishment. It’s not about perfection. It’s about progress and finally stepping into the stronger, fitter, more confident version of yourself.
