If You're Reading This, You Already Know The Pattern
Getting up before everyone else
Putting yourself last
5pm snacking
Starting plans then life getting busy
Knowing what to do but struggling to keep doing it
You don’t need more information.
You need something that still works when life gets busy.
Three Things. That's It.
Every part of this is built to take one decision off your plate.
30-Minute Workouts
Short, simple, achievable.
Done before the kids wake up or whenever you have the most energy.
No 60-minute sessions that wreck you for the rest of the day.
No complicated programming.
Just movement that works for the body you have now.
You know the best version of you exists when you feel fit, strong and healthy.
The Family Plate
One meal. Whole family eats it.
No separate kids' dinners, no "what's for dinner" tab open in your brain all day.
You stop being the family's private chef. We decide what's for dinner so you don't have to.
The 5pm Protocol
The witching hour. Work pings your phone. Kids are climbing the walls.
The chocolate's calling.
This is where every other program falls apart and where mine starts.
A simple system for what to do when the wheels come off, so you don't throw your whole week away over one rough afternoon.
The first four weeks aren’t about chasing perfection.
They’re about building momentum you can keep.
Most programs throw a 12-week plan at you on day one.
Eat this. Train this. Track this. Log this. Hit these targets. Lose this much.
And then they wonder why you fell off in week three.
I don't do that.
The first four weeks of working with me are what I call The Momentum Phase. Foundations first. Always.
Because you didn't come here because you don't know what a workout is.
You came here because life has been beating you up for a while, and you need to feel like you can win something small again before you'll believe you can win the bigger stuff.
So that's where we start.
Phase 1 — Momentum
Weeks 1-4
The first four weeks are about getting back into rhythm.
Small wins.
Simple training.
Simple food targets.
Better routine.
Building trust in yourself again.
Phase 2 — Results
Weeks 5-12
Once the basics feel more natural, we build.
Strength.
Fitness.
Nutrition.
Energy.
Confidence.
Clothes fitting better.
More consistency.
Less starting over.
Beyond 12 weeks
STRONG FOR LIFE
This is where we stop making it feel like another challenge.
New goals.
New focuses.
Different seasons of life.
Work gets busy.
Kids get busy.
Travel happens.
Life changes.
The plan changes with you.
The goal is not finishing a program.
The goal is becoming someone who knows how to keep going.

CHOOSE YOUR STRONG MUM LEVEL
COACHING BUILT AROUND REAL LIFE
I'm a dad of 4 who gets how busy life can be.

I'm Gerard. Dad of four. Husband to Stacey.
I've been coaching since 2006. The last 18 months we drove Australia in a van with the family — figuring out what mattered and what didn't. We're settled now, and I've rebuilt this whole business around one thing: helping working mums in their 30s, 40s and 50s stop starting over.
Not because it's a trendy niche. Because I've watched Stacey carry it. I've coached enough women in this exact spot to know that you don't need another app, another diet, or another aesthetic transformation account on Instagram.
Here's how I actually coach:
Think of me as your GPS.
You tell me where you want to go — training, nutrition, weight, energy, perimenopause, getting your confidence back. Whatever it is. I work out the route.
When life changes — and it will — we change the route. That's the whole job.
Most programs hand you a map and say good luck. I'm the GPS that recalculates.
Your only job is to do the work.
That's me. That's how this works.
