GROUP COACHING

8 WEEK GROUP COACHING PROGRAM

Our Group Coaching Program takes all of our methods and principles from our 1-on-1 program, but delivers this in a slightly more automated group setting, allowing a lower entry price, however still ensuring your success by providing an incredible interactive nutrition strategy, monthly training program and support from our FB group.

Our Group Coaching Program can educate you to overcome any obstacles to achieve your goals with the support of our online community.

NUTRITION

You will receive our nutrition strategy spreadsheet that will help you map out your entire journey from where you are now until you reach your goal.

the last nutrition strategy you’ll ever need.

It tells you exactly how much to eat (protein + calories) every day / week until you hit your goal.

Just follow the strategy until you hit your goal.
Then once you reach your goal, you can set a new goal and re-use the sheet many times over.

tRAINING

You receive a complete training program, delivered to your inbox each month.

There’s a home training program and a gym training program.

All exercises have video tutorials and you are welcome to post your training videos inside the Facebook Group for feedback from one of our coaches.

Our program is designed to ensure you continue to progress and don’t plateau.

If you find there is an exercise programmed that you are not able to complete, then simply choose from the optional ‘swap-out’ movements that are provided for each exercise.

FACEBOOK GROUP

While you do not have direct access to your coach via Whatsapp,  instead you can either ask questions in the weekly FB Live, or post directly in our FB group!

Our community is one of the most supportive groups that we have ever been a part of and you may find that some of the experienced members can help you very quickly.

We am in the Facebook group every day Monday – Friday and regularly check if any questions have been posted.

TRACKING YOUR PROGRESS

Although we aren't checking on your progress every week like we do with our 1:1 group, our tracking sheet will be able to give you all the data to show you if you are on track or not.

You just need to fill out some basic details each day and at the end of the week you can reflect and see if you are on track to achieving your goals or the areas you need to improve.
