For Working Mums Carrying The Mental Load Of The Whole Family

Coaching for women 35-50 who are done starting over, done choosing everyone else first, and ready to feel like themselves again — without another program that adds to your plate.

If You're Reading This, You Already Know The Pattern

You're up before the kids — because that's the only window in the day that's actually yours.

You hold it all. He doesn't see the amount of it until you stop.

By 5pm you're tired, the kids are climbing the walls, and the chocolate in the cupboard is the closest thing to a hug you'll get all day.

You've started programs before. They worked. Until life got busy. So you threw your goals out the window because someone else needed you more.

You don't need another app. You need someone who gets the life you're actually living — and a system that catches you when it falls apart.

That's what this is.

Three Things. That's It.
Every part of this is built to take one decision off your plate.

30-Minute Workouts

Short, simple, achievable.
Done before the kids wake up or whenever you have the most energy.

No 60-minute sessions that wreck you for the rest of the day.
No complicated programming.
Just movement that works for the body you have now.

You know the best version of you exists when you feel fit, strong and healthy.

The Family Plate

One meal. Whole family eats it.
No separate kids' dinners, no "what's for dinner" tab open in your brain all day.
You stop being the family's private chef. We decide what's for dinner so you don't have to.

The 5pm Protocol

The witching hour. Work pings your phone. Kids are climbing the walls.
The chocolate's calling.
This is where every other program falls apart and where mine starts.
A simple system for what to do when the wheels come off, so you don't throw your whole week away over one rough afternoon.

The First 4 Weeks Are Not About Results

They're about getting you to believe you can do this again.

Most programs throw a 12-week plan at you on day one.

Eat this. Train this. Track this. Log this. Hit these targets. Lose this much.

And then they wonder why you fell off in week three.

I don't do that.

The first four weeks of working with me are what I call The Momentum Phase. Foundations first. Always.

Because you didn't come here because you don't know what a workout is.
You came here because life has been beating you up for a while, and you need to feel like you can win something small again before you'll believe you can win the bigger stuff.

So that's where we start.

Phase 1 — Momentum
Weeks 1-4

- Simple workouts you can actually finish
- Small wins, stacked daily
- "I showed up today" beats "I crushed it"
- Foundations of movement, eating, recovery
- The goal: rebuild your belief that you can do this

Phase 2 — Results
Weeks 5-12

- Strength progression that fits your body now
- Deeper nutrition work, less thinking required
- Symptom relief — energy, sleep, clothes fitting better
- The clothes-fitting-properly, feel-like-yourself-again part
- The goal: prove what's possible when you keep showing up

We don't even talk about results until week 5.

Because if you don't trust yourself yet, no plan works.

I'm not a 22 year old influencer.
I'm a dad of 4 who gets how busy life can be.

I'm Gerard. Dad of four. Husband to Stacey.

I've spent 20 years coaching real people in real lives.

The last 18 months I spent driving Australia with my wife, four kids and two dogs in a van figuring out what actually matters and what doesn't.

We're settled now. And I've rebuilt this whole business around one thing: helping working mums in their 30s, 40s and 50s stop starting over.

Why? I've watched my wife carry it. I've watched my mum carry it. I've coached enough women in this exact spot to know that you don't need another app, another diet, or another aesthetic transformation account on Instagram.

You need a coach who:
- Has actually lived inside a busy family, not just trained one
- Won't add anything to your plate that doesn't earn its place
- Knows the difference between training a 25-year-old and training a 45-year-old whose body is changing
- Will still be here when life gets messy — because life will get messy

That's me. That's the job.

SUCCESS STORIES

FROM OUR FIT FOR LIFE COMMUNITY

You've Been Putting Yourself Last For A Long Time.

Let's change that.

Book a free 20-minute call. No pitch, no pressure. Just a conversation about where you're at, what's been getting in the way, and whether what I do is the right fit for you.

If it is, brilliant,  I'll walk you through how we'd work together.
If it's not, I'll tell you that too, and point you toward something that might suit you better.

Either way, you'll leave the call with more clarity than you came in with.
