The Male Strong Program is designed to help you build lean muscle and increase your strength.
The program updates every 4 weeks automatically in your training app.
Each program you will be focusing on progressive overload by increasing total volume lifted either by increasing weight on the bar or more reps but there are also variations each program to help you push through those strength plateaus.
The 5-Day Program is a balanced program that can be scaled to any strength ability.
It doesn't matter if you are lifting 2kg or 100kg for reps, you start where you feel comfortable and know that you can execute the exercises with correct technique.
Each program has instructional "how-to" videos so that you know exactly how to execute the exercises and you are welcome to send through training videos for feedback.
We recommend doing this program in the gym as you will need access to a barbbell + basic machines but you can do it at home with a set of adjustable Dumbbells and Resistance bands if you don't have access to a gym.
If you are training at home, there may be a point you need to invest in some heavier weights to keep progressing with those strength gains!
