The program updates every 4 weeks automatically in your training app and you will notice that with each new program you will continue to get fitter each week, feel better, have more energy and lose body fat whilst your body tones/shapes up.
The 5-Day Program is a balanced full body program that can be scaled to any fitness and strength ability.
We recommend doing this program in the gym as you will need access to a barbbell + basic machines but you can do it at home with a set of adjustable Dumbbells and Resistance bands if you don't have access to a gym.
Each program has instructional "how-to" videos so that you know exactly how to execute the exercises and you are welcome to send through training videos for feedback.
