Fit Mum Program

The Fit Mum Program is designed to help you get fitter, re-build your strength with a focus on core strength core as well as lose body fat!
 

The program updates every 4 weeks automatically in your training app and you will notice that not only will you feel better, have more energy to keep up with the kids and more confidence but your body will also tone/shape up. 


The 5-Day Program is a balanced full body program that can be scaled to any fitness and strength ability.
You DO NOT have to complete all 5 days each week, you can complete the 3 main days and then if you have time, complete the other 2 optional days.

 

This program can be done in the gym or at home with minimal equipment.
If you are training at home, a set of adjustable Dumbbells and Resistance Bands from Kmart will help to increase the intensity.

This program can be scaled right back to bodyweight work only and progress to barbell work so that you can start this program at any fitness or strength level. 

Each program has instructional "how-to" videos so that you know exactly how to execute the exercises and you are welcome to send through training videos for feedback.
