The Busy Mum Program is designed for mums who need express 30 minute full body workouts that fit around their kids.
The program updates every 4 weeks automatically in your training app and you will notice with each program that not only will you get fitter, feel better and have more energy but your body will shape and tone up in all the right places.
The 5-Day Program is a balanced full body program that can be scaled to any fitness and strength ability.
You DO NOT have to complete all 5 days, there are 3 main days that we recommend you complete each week as well as 2 optional days.
This program can be done in the gym or at home with minimal equipment.
If you are training at home, a set of adjustable Dumbbells and Resistance Bands from Kmart will help to increase the intensity.
Each program has instructional "how-to" videos so that you know exactly how to execute the exercises and you are welcome to send through training videos for feedback.
