The Bike Fit Program is designed to help you get fitter and stronger to build more endurance on the bike to make your rides easier.
The 5-Day Program is a balanced full body program that can be scaled to any fitness and strength ability.
The program updates every 4 weeks automatically in your training app over 12 Weeks.
We recommend doing this program in the gym as you will need access to a basic gym equipment + cardio machines but you can do it at home with minimal equipment if you don't have access to a gym.
Each program has instructional "how-to" videos so that you know exactly how to execute the exercises and you are welcome to send through training videos for feedback.
